Vino Rosso "POP" (Red) 2025

A vibrant, easy-drinking natural red with bright red fruit, subtle herbal notes, and a gentle earthy touch. Light-bodied with fresh acidity, soft tannins, and a slightly untamed, savoury character.

Terroir:

Border vineyards between Friuli and Slovenia, on mineral-rich marl (“ponca”) soils that give freshness and a stony edge.

Vinification:

Hand-harvested grapes are co-fermented with native yeasts, given a short skin contact, and aged in neutral vessels. Bottled unfiltered with minimal sulphur.
