VDF "Milan Rebels" (Red) 2023

One of our most dangerous bottles. Before you know it, you’ll have finished it all! Fresh red berries, juicy and fresh, it’s the light red to open at any/every BBQ. Serve slightly chilled.

Vinification: Grapes are harvested by hand. The juice spends around 5 days macerating with the skins in concrete. Fermentation using indigenous yeast followed by 12months in Concrete before bottling.
