VDF "Chiesa di Mare" (White) 2023

A new and highly limited white from one of Corsica’s most distinctive estates, Chiesa di Mare is made from Vermentinu grown on granite-based soils. It carries the island’s coastal character beautifully: bright citrus, white blossom, wild Mediterranean herbs and a fine saline edge.

The wine feels precise and quietly expressive rather than showy, with freshness, gentle texture and a long mineral finish. It is a refined Corsican white with both delicacy and depth, ideal with seafood, grilled fish, fennel, shellfish or herb-led Mediterranean dishes.
