Terroir: Gravel & Pebble soils in the village of Labastida. Altitude 500m+
Age of vines: 50 years old
Vinification: Grapes are hand harvested and pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel with native yeasts. The wine remains on it’s les for 12months before maturing for a further 18months in sherry casks.
