Terroir: red clay-limestone in the village of Cárdenas. Altitude 550-600m
Age of vines: 20-75 years old
Vinification: Grapes are hand harvested and pressed. Fermentation takes place in 500L old wooden barrels with indigenous yeast. Left to mature for 10months before bottling.
