Age of the vines: 40 years old
Vinification: Grapes are handpicked // Spontaneous fermentation, short maceration in concrete tanks // Once the alcoholic fermentation is done, it falls by gravity into smaller concrete tanks // Ageing for 2014 was 1 year and a half in concrete tanks and the rest in bottle // No oak.
