A collaboration between four friends: Fabien Espana (restaurateur), Thomas Pico (Domaine Pattes Loup), Bruno Verret (Domaine Verret), and Damien Delecheneau (Domaine de La Grange Tiphaine). A project born from a shared goal to vinify Pinot Noir together.
Vinification: Grapes are harvested by hand and destemmed. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeast in concrete vats. The wine is left to mature for 1 year in old oak barrels before bottling.
