"Desti" (Orange) 2025

Destí 2025 is an expressive orange wine grown on sandy granite soils. It shows delicate aromas of orange blossom, white flowers, and peach, with a medium-bodied, textured palate, lively acidity, and a persistent finish.

Terroir: Sandy granite.

Vinification:

The grapes are manually harvested in small 15 kg boxes to protect the fruit. They undergo 3 weeks of whole-berry maceration, allowing a gentle extraction of colour, aromatics, texture, and fine tannins. The result is a fresh, floral, and structured orange wine with good energy and length.
