“Connexio” (White) 2025

Connexió White 2025 is a fresh, expressive white wine from Còsmic Vinyaters, made from 90% White Carignan and 10% Malvasia de Sitges. The grapes come from the Vinya del Vent vineyard, planted on sand granite soils and farmed ecologically and biodynamically.

Bright and vibrant, it offers aromas of citrus, white fruit, delicate flowers, and subtle Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, it is fresh, lively, and mineral, with gentle texture from fine-lees ageing and a clean, energetic finish.

Vinification: Hand harvested, destemmed, and directly pressed. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tank, followed by 4 months on fine lees.
