Terroir: Schist
Age of vines: 70-80 years old
Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested and pressing happens immediately. The wine is fermented in stainless steel and then aged for 8 months in old barrels and bottled quickly to obtain a fruity style. It wine combines lovely notes of black cherry with dried thyme.
