Renowned winemaker Olivier Rivière has crossed over the Pyrenees, leaving his Rioja estate under the watchful eye of his brother and is heading back to his roots in Bordeaux.

Teroir: Clay-Silt & Clay-Limestone

Vinifiaction: 95% Merlot, 5% Malbec. Grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation starts naturally and the grapes are left to macerate for 2 weeks. The wine spends 6 months settling in concrete before bottling.
