Anjou "Anjou Démon" (Red) 2021

Lively & vibrant bursting with red berries and herbal notes.

These grapes are from plots of La Poulette, on the top of Hautes Bruyères and Bois Roland. The grapes are harvested at a good maturity, de-stemmed and macerated for a month, the result is a delicious concentration of black fruits and blackcurrant.

The extraction of the juices is done gently so the tannins are round and silky. The wine is naturally clarified by racking and bottled in June.
