2019, Vi de Taula (Rosé)
Els Jelipins

Arguably a staff favourite, this expression of Sumoll is really something very beautiful, complex and sophisticated. It would be hard to find another wine quite like it. Winemaker Glòria and her daughter Berta live off the land in the lush and remote hills of Font-Rubí, and their wines are really a piece of art.

Terroir: Sumoll alluvial with slate & granite traces, rich in minerals and quartz.

Match it with: Leafy green vegetable dishes and unsalted almond nuts - Glòria's favourite!

2018, VDF "Rose Marie"
Le Puy

This Bordeaux rosé is made by a family who makes wines that have been scientifically tested to be purer than water. The nose is fresh and floral, with red fruit aromas alongside notes of peonies and white flowers. On the palate, Rose-Marie is light and playful, with tannins so light they are barely detectable.

Terroir: Clay-silt with clay-limestone substrate on the rocky plateau of St-Emilion.

Match it with: Grilled lamb chops.
