Terroir: Clay and Limestone soil. The vineyard is located 190m above the sea level with a East/West orientation.  

Age of vines: 12 to 45 years old

Vines: 40% Syrah - 30% Carignan - 20% Grenache - 10% Mourvèdre

Vinification: Grape varieties are separately vinified and destemmed // Ageing of 8 months on stainless steel vats.
