2021 IGT Venezia Giulia "RS21"
Energy and longevity in a bottle! On the nose you are greeted with intense wild berries and dark chocolate, supported by vibrant acidity and well balanced and integrated tannins. Vinification: Berries are pressed directly, and vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks using only indigenous yeasts. The wine is left to mature for 12 months in the same tanks before being bottled.

Aged in Radikon Merlot Barrel. Spirit first aged in ex bourbon, STR and new US oak casks for 3.5 years. Finished for 18 months in Radikon Merlot wine barrel.
East London X Radikon Aged Gin
Aged in Radikon Pinot Grigio Barrel. Juniper, coriander, angelica and sage leaf distilled in a single shot style. Rested in Radikon Pinot Grigio barrel for 17 months at 69% ABV.
2021 IGT Venezia Giulia "Sivi"
If you are unfamiliar with orange wine, this is the perfect orange wine to start with. absolutely delicious. Formerly called Pinot Grigio Sivi Radikon, but nothing like a conventional Pinot Grigio as we know it. The two-week skin contact extracts beautiful red fruit flavours and sweet spices. Delicious with red mullet or chorizo dishes. Vinification: Natural fermentation // Maceration in oak vats for 8 to 14 days // Ageing in 25/35 hl casks for 18 months // Small sulphur addition before bottling. // Bottle ageing for 2 months
