Emmanuel Giboulot comes from a long legacy of organic viticulture, and remains one of its greatest advocates in Burgundy today. He has four decades of experience in crafting the finest quality wines from a variety of terroir.

Vinification: Pinot Noir vines grown on clay and limestone soils. Grapes are hand-harvested and are gently pressed using a manual press. No sulphites or yeasts added. The juice is fermented in traditional old oak casks and left to settle in old oak barrels before bottling.
