2019, IGT Venezia Giulia "Slatnik" Radikon Magnum

There is no other way to describe this skin-contact wine from Radikon except to say that it's one of the best around. This is one of the flagship wines - an elegantly aromatic blend of Chardonnay & Tocai Friulano that would pair beautifully with roast pork and dishes with an Asian influence or raw fish.

2016 Rioja "4 Caminos" Bodegas Moraza

Moraza's wines are a single varietal, enabling them to focus on the grape's true expression. This vibrant Graciano bursts with red and dark fruit flavours and finishes with a smooth velvety texture. So if your choice on Christmas Day is a glazed roast ham, this bottle should take pride of place on your table.

2019 Pommard Fanny Sabre

Fanny Sabre's wines offer the perfect balance between masculinity and femininity, tannins and acidity, fruit and aroma. This Pinot Noir is matured in old oak barrels leaving an elegant, earthy-driven expression lifted by refreshing red fruit notes. Dangerously easy to drink and the perfect accompaniment to duck breast

2019, Weinland "Joschuari" Gut Oggau

Joschuari is made from 100% Blaufränkisch grape, one of Austria's most delicious red grape varieties! It offers a mouth-watering intensity of black and red fruits, balanced with a rich earthy character. For those of you planning the ultimate Beef Wellington, look no further...

2018, VDF "Clos Milan" Domaine Milan

Bright, fruit-forward, pure, and complex, this show-stopping wine is what everyone wants on their Christmas table this year and the ideal companion to a slow-roast lamb shoulder.

2020, Crozes-Hermitages "Aux Betises" Domaine Les Bruyères

This wine has elegant, ripe fruit aromas of orchard fruits as well as some honey and floral characters accented with marzipan notes and the occasional hints of mushroom — a great match with your rich chestnut velouté or nut roast wellington

2016, VDF "Zacmau" Domaine Causse Marines

This 100% Mauzac wine develops an element of sweetness and a rich nutty character that perfectly complements the caramelised flavours of roasted vegetable dishes.

"This wine is Christmas pudding in a bottle!"

Cheese & Pudding

2012, Arbois "Vin Jaune "Domaine de la Tournelle

This wine is considered some of the best in the region. There's not much more one can say other than that it's a match made in heaven. Pair this masterpiece with a chunk of nutty Comté, and you'll think all your Christmases have come at once!

2017 Jurançon Moelleux, Domaine de Souch

A fantastic introduction to sweet wine. The late harvest on the Manseng grapes is full of fresh aromas of exotic fruits balanced with a beautiful acidity, each layer revealing something new. The sweetness is perfectly balanced by a razor-sharp acidity – making it a very versatile wine that pairs equally as well with poached quince and pear as it can with foie gras.

2018, Banyuls Rimage Domaine du Traginer

Looking for the perfect wine and chocolate pairing… look no further… Rimage is a brilliant and vibrant fortified wine, offering plenty of black fruit and chocolatey flavours that will hit the sweet spot.

NV, Banyuls Ambré Domaine du Traginer

This is, hands down, one of the most incredible Banyuls ever produced. The flavours are truly unique...this is Christmas Pudding in a bottle.

Bon appétit.
