Warm, juicy and clean, with a silky tannic structure and an exceptionally long, voluptuous, and fresh finish.

Terroir: Sumoll alluvial with slate & granite traces (rich in minerals and quartz).

Age of the vines: 100 years old

Vinification: Minimal intervention // wild yeast // long spontaneous fermentation at low temperature // the extraction process is slow and careful // 30 months ageing old oak vats (10hl foudres) // depending on the vintage, a part of the wine will be aged in amphora and then finally aged in bottle for a year.
