How does direct debit work?
By signing up to our wine club, or subscribing to our monthly/quarterly delivery of wine, you authorize Dynamic Vines to initiate a direct debit of a selected amount to the bank account indicated. You must provide us with complete and accurate payment information at the time you agree to pay a recurring monthly/quarterly payment. Account and card details are fully protected, we don’t have any access to them.
Payment for your automatic payment can be made by credit or debit card. Please note that American Express cards are not accepted.
Your payments will be taken on a rolling basis and your automatic payment will continue unless and until it is ended by either you or us. Dynamic Vines will cancel a direct debit payment in case any suspicious transactions are detected. Dynamic Vines will decline responsibility for any suspected fraud.
Dynamic Vines will automatically cancel any subscriptions if direct debits are rejected by your bank and can’t be honoured.

How do I cancel my subscription?
It's very easy! Automatic payment can be cancelled at any time from your "My Account" page. You could also send us an email to [email protected] or call 0207 064 6841.
We will confirm your cancellation in the next 5 working days. It will take up to 14 days in total to cancel your direct debit.
