what do I do if the goods are damaged?

We consider your satisfaction with our products and service to be of utmost importance. With this in mind if you are unhappy with the purchase you have made or the service you have received, please contact us immediately on 0207 064 6841

In the unlikely event that your wine is damaged on arrival or if the wrong wine has been delivered to you, please contact us and we will arrange for collection and exchange or refund.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you about the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days (but normally processed within 2-3 working days).

Very rarely wines may arrive out of condition, usually due to defective closures or possible naturally occurring faults. If you find a bottle where you believe this is the case please contact us immediately on 0207 064 6841 or email [email protected] Please do not throw away the bottle until we have come to an agreement.

 

HOW CAN I CANCEL AN EVENT?

In case you need to cancel a ticketed event, please contact us on 0207 064 6841. We will only be able to give you a full refund of the ticket price if you cancel 48h prior to the event.  Please send an email to [email protected] to confirm your cancellation.
