Summer in a glass! Lemon zest and ripe stonefruits accomponied by soft bubbles and a crisp mineral finish.
After a brief stint as a chemistry student, Valérie soon realised that the nearby oenology campus looked much more appealing. Today Valérie makes wine under her own labels, which are a playful reference to her convivial and rebellious nature. In the words of Valérie herself:
“I make wines to enjoy - it’s about conviviality and simplicity. You don’t need to be a wine connoisseur - the main thing is to take pleasure and enjoy!”
Vines: 41 year old Vermentino on clay & limestone soils
Vinification: Grapes are harvested by hand and prssed direclty to extract the juice. Fermentation with indigenous yeast takes place in bottle.
