This magnificent Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from indigenous olive varietals native to Abruzzo: Frantoio, Leccino and Tortiglione.

The olive trees surround the Emidio Pepe vineyards to create complex biodiversity that contributes to the increase of yeast populations in the area. The olives are manually harvested and cold pressed in a nearby mill with a controlled temperature system. They are taken to the mill on the same day of the harvest to maintain to their level of acidity and to preserve their quality. After a short time, the olive oil is bottled.
