Description
Aromatic and bursting with fruit on the nose, spicy and rich on the pallet with a zesty finish!
Since 2006 Benoit & Sébastien have been joint custodians of both the family estate and their stock of fortified wine. It was the brothers however, that introduced still, dry whites & reds made from local old vine varieties to the family cellar.
Vinification: Whole Muscat grapes from 70 year old vines are hand harvested and undergo a gentle fermentation with indigenous yeast. This is followed by a 30 day maceration with the skins before being aged in old oak barrels for approximately 9months. The wine is bottled by gravity, unfiltered.
Match it with: Provencal fish stew
