Located south of Angers, Les Terres Blanches has a unique and exceptional terroir made of clay and granite soils with a limestone and slate origins. The estate consists of a collection of small plots in a landscape naturally protected by trees, groves, meadows and bird sanctuaries. Since their arrival in 2004, Céline and Benoit have replanted 5 hectares of vines from their own premium grafts (selection massals) to ensure a human and ecological balance. All of their production is harvested, vinified and bottled at the estate.

Vinification: Grapes are hand harvested and then macerated together for 12 days before fermentation with indigenous yeast. The wine is left to settle for a short time prior to bottling.
