The Producers, Thomas and Charlotte Carsin, are avid sailors and their love of the sea often influences their winemaking and naming.

Vinification: Grapes are harvested by hand and whole bunch fermentation gets underway using indigenous yeast. The wine is pressed and left to rest for a short time in stainless steel vats prior to bottling.

Match it with: Charcuterie and hard cheeses or a margherita pizza!
