Description
This is a skin contact (orange) wine made in collaboration with Salva Batlle and Germans Frisach.
Amor per la Terra- a project by Jaume Jordà and Salvador Batlle that goes beyond friendship with wines that show love for the land and those who care for it.
Vinification: Grapes are harvested by hand. The 3 varieties are crushed by foot and co-fermented with the skins using indigenous in stainless steel tanks. The wine is left to settle before bottling, unfined & unfiltered.
