Slightly floral, salty, fairly light bodied - just delightful!

This is a skin-contact / orange wine made in collaboration with Salva Batlle and Jordi Inglès.

A blend of Moscatel, Carinyena Negra and Macabeo, farmed biodynamically in the following 3 vineyard sites: "Pauet Petit" (380m), "La Juncosa" (420m), "La Parada de L'Hort" (480m), in the La Serra del Montmell (Tarragona) on clay-limestone soils.

Hand harvested, 100% destemmed, 3 days maceration on Macabeo, 12 days on Moscatell & Carinyena. Fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks for a few short months before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, and zero SO2.
