This is a sparkling wine made in collaboration with Salva Batlle and Jordi Inglès.
Amor per la Terra- a project by Jaume Jordà and Salvador Batlle that goes beyond friendship with wines that show love for the land and those who care for it.
Vinification: Grapes are harvested by hand and undergo a 2-day cold maceration. Fermentation with indigenous yeast takes place in stainless steel tanks with CO2 retained. The wine is bottles unfined and unfiltered. resulting in a lightly sparkling wine.
