Description
Salvador Batlle Barrabeig cultivates 9.5ha of Catalonian landscape, connected by one focus that decodes terroirs, loves grapes, interprets vines and touches the earth.Còsmic winemaking is the philosophy of taking care of vines with patience, passion, creativity and freedom.
Vinifiction: Grapes are harvested by hand and 30% are destemmed and 30% pressed directly. 40% are crushed by foot and left to macerate for 12 days. Fermentation is spontaneous in stainless steel tanks followed by 4 months maturation on fine lees prior to bottling.
