Description
This is a fresh white wine made in collaboration with Salva Batlle and Marc Andreu.
Amor per la Terra- a project by Jaume Jordà and Salvador Batlle that goes beyond friendship with wines that show love for the land and those who care for it.
Vinification: Grapes are harvested by hand at night when temperatures are coolest. After a short, cool maceration with the skins, fermentation with indigenous yeast takes place in stainless steel tanks. The wine is left to settle before bottling, unfined & unfiltered.
