The typical wines of this region are made with Chasselas. This unfiltered wine has a slight cloudiness from ageing on lees which has enhanced its fruitiness. Pressed and vinified in the "old fashioned" method, this is a wonderfully crisp dry white.

Terroir: "Les Abbesses" which is made of deep marly soil.
