Description
Strawberry, and ripe cherries fruits burst from the glass; with fresh acidity this is a wine to be enjoyed on a summers day!
Their 22 hectares of vines, of which there is a spectacular variety, are now treated in a thoroughly new way by using biodynamic methods, but the history still remains.
Vines: Carignan, Mourvèdre
Vinification: Vines are hand harvested and bunches are destemmed with berries kept whole. Fermentation takes place spontaneously using only ambient yeast with a light maceration. The wine is matured in stainless steel tanks for 7 months before bottling.
Match it with: Perfect on its own or served with charcuterie and cheese!
