This mouth-watering blend of Grenache Blanc, Grenache Noir, Syrah, Nielluccio is made by a winemaker whose longstanding respect for nature has spanned over 35 years of organic farming (and more recently biodynamic and permaculture), making Domaine Milan's soils, arguably the healthiest in the region. The butterfly on the label, known in French as Papillon, indicates that no sulphites are added to the wine.

"You really need 20 years of clean farming to be able to make the best wines without sulphites." Says winemaker Henri Milan.

Terroir: Limestone with blue marl

Average age of vines: 20 years old

Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested // whole bunch maceration for 5 days in concrete tank // wine is bottled without added sulphites, no filtration, no fining.
