Red fruits and fine tannins, delicate and fresh! 

Their 22 hectares of vines, of which there is a spectacular variety, are now treated in a thoroughly new way by using biodynamic methods, but the history still remains.

Vinification:  Vines are harvested by hand and grapes are destemmed before undergoing 5 days of maceration. Fermentation takes places in stainless steel with 2-3 rackings to clarify and remove the lees. The wine is aged for 8 months in stainless steel before bottling.
