An authentic Provençal rosé that encapsulates purity, finesse and elegance. 

After a brief stint as a chemistry student, Valérie soon realised that the nearby oenology campus looked much more appealing. Today Valérie makes wine under her own labels, which are a playful reference to her convivial and rebellious nature.  In the words of Valérie herself:

“I make wines to enjoy - it’s about conviviality and simplicity. You don’t need to be a wine connoisseur - the main thing is to take pleasure and enjoy!”

Terroir: Limestone & Clay 

Age of vines: 40 years old

Vines: Grenache, Cinsault

Vinification:Vines are harvested by hand, and the grapes undergo a gentle pressing to extract the juice. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeast in small concrete tanks. The wine is left in contact with the lees for a short time prior to bottling.
