A vibrant wine with bright aromas of ripe red berries and black pepper spice. The palate is complex and aromatic with silky tannins and a persistent fruit focused finish. 

A cuvée created to celebrate the birth of Jean-charles' daughter- Faustine! Today, Faustine manages the estate along side her father, sharing in his passion for producing elegant wines whilst respecting nature.

Vines: Sciaccarello, Nielluccio

Vinification: Grapes are hand harvested and de-stemmed. The grapes are crushed using gravity and left to ferment with indigenous yeast in concrete vats. The wine is pressed off the skins before being blended. It is then left to mature for 6 months in stainless steel prior to bottling.

Match it with: Grilled meats, charcuterie and rich cheeses.
