Description
Salvador Batlle Barrabeig cultivates 9.5ha of Catalonian landscape, connected by one focus that decodes terroirs, loves grapes, interprets vines and touches the earth.Còsmic winemaking is the philosophy of taking care of vines with patience, passion, creativity and freedom.
Vinification: Grapes are harvested by hand and lightly crushed by foot. The juice and skins are left to macerate for 5 days before a gentle press. Fermentation begins spontaneous with native yeast in stainless steel and aged on lees for 4 months prior to bottling.
