A delicious, pretty dark-rosé style wine made by Salva Batlle (of Cosmic) himself.

The blend is a co-ferment of 30% Monastrell, 25% Macabeu, 25% Xarel-lo & 20% Cabernet Franc grown organically/biodynamically in the "Rodonyà" vineyard in Serra del Monmell (Tarragona) over clay-limestone soils.

Hand harvested, joint cold-ferment of all varieties for 12 hours with native yeasts in stainless and aged less than a year before bottling - unfined, unfiltered, and zero SO2. Limited production, loads of that crunchy, tart pomegranate flavour.

Endlessly enjoyable, and can hold it's own with food, serve chilled but not too cold!
