This is a pretty special white wine made in collaboration with Salva Batlle and Anna Serra (who together with her husband, Toni Carbo, are the winemakers of La Salada).

This is 100% of her organically farmed Xarel-lo grapes from the "Les Parellades" vineyard in the Penedès on sandy calcarious soils. Harvested by hand, skin-contact for 13 days, 50% destemmed 50% whole cluster. Fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks, with no fining, filtering, or SO2 usage.
