Light and refreshing with wild herbs and red berries!
Produced since 2005, Rosa comes from a selection of vines that are harvested early on the more vigarous areas of the estate. Born from a little bit of fun and in a historical moment in which rosés were frowned upon by the Tuscan market. With the idea to produce a “summer Sangiovese” it is a wine that fully reflects the seasonal trend.
Vinification: 100% Sangiovese harvested from multiple sites. The grapes undergo anperiod of 20 hours maceration before fermentation using only native yeast. Following this, the wine is left to mature in stainless steel for 7 months before bottling.
Match it with: Antipasti or light fish dishes.
