Emmanuel Giboulot comes from a long legacy of organic viticulture and remains one of its greatest advocates in Burgundy today. He has four decades of experience in crafting the finest quality wines from a variety of terroir. This cuvée comes from a tiny plot planted with Pinot Beurot, the local name for a strain of Pinot Blanc that has been planted in Burgundy for centuries!

Vinification: Grapes are harvested by hand and fermented using only indigenous yeast. The wine is then left to mature in old oak barrels and malolactic fermentation occurs naturally.
