For a couple that wandered into the world of wine by unintentionally, their strong nature-led philosophy has resulted in wines that are exquisite.  The passion and dedication that goes into each wine begins in the vineyard with every vine being given individual care and attention.

Vines: Cinsault & Syrah

Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested. Direct press of the Syrah. Cinsault is gently infused into the Syrah juice for 3 to 4 days. After pressing everything, the wine ferments and ages in stainless steel for 6 months. Wine is bottled in March-April the following year. No fining.
