The olive groves at Ampeleia span across two hectares consisting of almost 800 trees of native varietals- Pendolino, Moraiolo & Leccino.

Harvest takes place in early November, with the same level of care that is given to their grapes. The olives go straight to the mill and the oil is collected using a 2 stage cold extraction to maximise the flavour and aroma!

The result is a delicious, rich olive oil!
