Just 5 km away from the Mediterranean Sea at an altitude of 150 meters, protected by wild Garrique vegetation, are the vineyards of Les Enfants Sauvages. The vines for this cuvée, and the rest of the range, are grown without the use of any synthetic chemicals.

Vinification: Vines are harvested by hand. The grapes are crushed and spend. 8 days in contact with the skins to extract additional flavour. Vinification takes place naturally using only indigenous yeasts.
Match it with: Delightful as an aperitif but also pairs well with ceviché and seafood.
