Joyful and easy drinking, a Pinot Noir that transports you to the country side. Ripe black cherries and earth with delicate tannins. A wine that will leave you wanting a second bottle!

Since 2009 Céline and Isabelle have taken on the management of the Domaine from their much-loved father, Jean. A family of artists - both Céline and Isabelle studied fine arts and history of art before Isabelle went on to study Oenology. Today Isabelle is in charge of the cellar and the winemaking, while Céline manages the Domaine, the vineyard activities, all of the biodynamic preparations and the beautiful poetry on the back labels.

Vinification:  Grapes are harvested by hand and the berries are macerated in the juice in stainless steel vats. In the early stages of fermentation punch down takes place up to 2 times per day. Once complete the wine is gently pressed and matured in small century-old tuns. The wine is bottled in April for release.

Match it with: delicious with charcuterie, pork based dishes and soft cheeses.
