Terroir: Schist soil. 100 to 400m altitude.

Age of the vines: 50 to 100 years old vines of Grenache.

Vinification: Grapes are handpicked. Natural fermentation (with indigenous yeasts) and maceration for 30 days. Ageing in vats (400 L) for 6 months. No sulphite added.
