A zingy wine from a unique blend– Ugni Blanc,Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, all growing on kimmiridgean soils. Flavours of lemon pith, green apple and a hint of pineapple. A fresh lively, mineral wine with good mouth weight and a long finish.

Story: Matthieu Cosse and Catherine Maisonneuve are leading a renaissance of the Cahors region. They share a vision of refined, elegant wines with a distinct personality. It reflects their desire to make a fresh white from the same Kimmeridgean soils as in Burgundy. They found this is the Béraudies vineyard, which then coplanted with three white grapes in 2016. This is the second release of the cuvée and the percentages of each grape change with each vintage.

Vinification: All three grapes are hand-harvested, gently pressed and fermented with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged for 6 months in cement tanks. Unfined and Unfiltered.

Match it with: Anything and everything light or fresh! Great as an aperatif!
