An aromatic blend of Terrets Gris and Blanc (with a touch of Viognier and Roussanne), lightly oaked and unfiltered. It's a pale straw-yellow in colour with a very aromatic nose of mangoes and pineapple. It has a crisp finish and makes a beautiful pairing with meatier seafood such as lobster or turbot with fresh herbs and lemon.
