Their 22 hectares of vines, of which there is a spectacular variety, are now treated in a thoroughly new way by using biodynamic methods, but the history still remains.
Vinification: Vines are harvested by hand and fermentation takes place spontaneously with indigenous yeast. The wines is bottled unfilterd and unfined.
Match it with: Perfect with cured bass.
