Description
A brief maceration on the skins gives a golden colour to this delicious rounded, elegant white wine. Savouriness and acidity go hand in hand, balanced with tropical fruit, citrus, camomile and rosemary. A true Gastronomic wine - have fun pairing food with it!
Terroir: From 300 to 600m above sea level.
Vines: 90% Trebbiano, 5% Ansonaco (aka Ansonica aka Inzolia), and 5% Malvasia. In true field-blend fashion, the three varieties are interspersed through the vineyard.
Vinification: Grapes are co-harvested at yields of 55hl/ha in mid-September // 6 months ageing in concrete vats // maceration on the skins for 5 days.
